and i thought i was tired.
yeap and when i thought i would be sick of training at home.
there will be new inspiration. lol.
(hmm going to mma academy would mean paying like damn lot lols.
for lessons i cant fulfil.
and the lack of a partner jus makes it more irritating.
at least in feb, aft bmt.
i have ariel <3. hes a guy btw.)
like ytd, i was watching choke highlights.
and then readin up on a lot of mma sites.
lockflow.com
knucklepit.com
when you see those guys drilling and sparring,
the inspiration to train really gets to you.
i guess its always like tt.
previously when i was into karate,
the olympic tigers video (altho that was tkd)
really inspired me.
so what now.
ufc - especially the ultimate fighter.
i really love training.
its tough, but the fruits of labour are immense.
anyway saw some shit on stomp.
those retards holy mamaa!!
shall highlight this thread to you.
for goddsake, if you want to take part in the ufc
(which in the first case, is so damn hard alr),
you need ground skills. not just striking arts. =.=
and with regards to krav maga,
i din noe " the one that’s just opened here in s’pore teaches rather
toned down techniques of this ancient art.."
yoyoyo. krav maga was started by the israelis 30 years ago?
rofl? rofl? ancient? woooh. my mama is a dinosaur den. LOL.
krav maga was started by the israeli military.
while most TMA focused on form and kata, krav maga was actually
an accumulation of the deadly and disarming strikes in martial arts.
in fact the one in singapore doesnt look too good to me. (saw it on tv)
its a well known fact that krav maga is being overmarketed.
and while they might teach you some genuine techniques,
i feel that alot of it is just kickboxing.
so why not just name it KICKBOXING! rofl.
if anyone is interested in ufc fighting styles though,
pls refer to my gym above lols.
well theres sth i agree though.
"Those fighters u see on UFC are unlike us…
their lifestyle and their training regime is not something
that we can easily ease ourselves into..
esp if u are a couch potato or a weekend warrior…"
hohoho. crazy training programs.
anyway lastly, i found pics of my instructors
facing each other during some competition. ah how exciting!
bruce with full guard
and whats new.
my fav coach, bruce (hes not teaching anymore =x),
ends up winner by armbar submission!
(think ufc referees haha..)
and lastly, picture perfect.
or i shld say punch perfect. haha.
the red guy is like KO-ed alr.
exciting shit.
