been a long time since i last updated.
life hasnt been so exciting.

and its easy to understand why.

1) abt 2km of running in SBO (uphill for some parts.)

2) full SOC rundown
3) another round of obstacles.
4) obstacle training.
(basically doing the difficult obstacles.)
oh at least theres nice sectionmates to share the shit!

tees/polo tees at a price of 20+ bucks.
which is like cheaper den the usual standards of abt 25%.
and so the catch of the day..
1 striped polo tee and 1 striped not so polo tee. (t-shirt la!)
